Development of communication design and brand identity for the Sun Group restaurant company

Sun Group is a l arge restaurant holding company that includes nine establishments and is dynamically developing in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, where it has already earned recognition from guests and respect from business partners.

Each project of the holding is an original premium-class establishment with a unique concept, high level of customer focus and unique atmosphere.

Sun Group’s venues can be visited in cities such as Almaty, Nur-Sultan and Tashkent.

Each restaurant is created by a company with a clear positioning for a specific target audience. Concepts are worked out thoroughly, and interiors are created by typical architectural bureaus. this is how successful restaurant projects are created.

Identity is based on the sun symbol, inscribed in the letter O and successfully combined with the main lettering of the logo. Both full and abbreviated versions of the symbol are used in the logo, as well as a pattern that creates an elegant and memorable pattern.

In the color palette, neutral blue shades were chosen in order to particularly emphasize the sun-gold elements of the logo and symbol.

The font “Coomingos” was chosen to take into account the trends of restaurant companies, but also due to the special memorable lettering that creates the full visual identity.


Sun Group Restaurant Holding successfully implements restaurant projects, creating trends and developing the conceptuality of entire areas. The company has international experience and therefore attracts professionals in all areas.
